Obama On Mj

I think it safe to believe they know very well the history of cannabis, and 100% of what and how it can benefit the health of humans, reduce the need for dangerous pharmaceuticals, replace some oil usage, and possibly provide indigenous foodstuff,  and cause peace, compassion, brotherhood, spiritual enlightenment, laughter, forgiveness, love, bonding, and of course the revolt against oppression that ensues when we bond. They have always known to separate us, and make us dislike each other for the color of our skin or the origin of our tongue. Cannabis is the answer to repair those broken bonds. lets just take a look at the heaviest invested ones among us, the ones that make the rules, and run the corps, and notice that they are largely the= (health care ind, Big Rx, Fuel/Oil, food, law enforcement)= corporations and individuals who could be directly affected with decreased profits. These are the some of the smartest scientists, researchers, doctors, and lawyers working night and day getting to know everything profit, I believe they've known cannabis for along time. Its ancient as oppression and taxation and tyranny. somehow a few people learned how to profit from and tax our existence and  health, even poor health, from our first day here until your last one. we're not small, we're just on our knees.

around 99% of arrests for marijuana happen at the state level.

from 2008 to 2010 the number of dispensaries had gone up by over like 4000%.  Percentage wise, the busts are waaaaaaay down.

your percentages are lacking some info.... ok if we had a hundred arrest under bush, thats just a hundred arrest, now if we have a hundred under obamma, after he ran on the idea he would leave it up to state. so ya arrest are way up.... as for the state doing it, the dea goes in and raids places in col and cali, then leave it to the sheriff. look it up its part of obammas strategy, every time they say something good....tons of raids to follow.

Colorado and California are a long way away. It's hard to determine what is propaganda and what is not. Here in Michigan you can see things on the ground and we know what is going on. How come we have to look to Colorado and California to find examples? The feds are following state law here. I'm talking about state law as defined by the courts, not disputed ideas that never were real here.
