Trenton, Mi - City Wants To Adopt 750.474 Illegal Transport As A City Ordinance

TRENTON — The city council discussed adding tougher restrictions to its marijuana ordinance during its Monday meeting.

The new restriction would prohibit the open transportation of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

 

The second reading of the ordinance will take place at the next city council meeting on Feb. 3.

 

so if you are near trenton, mi and got some time on feb 3 , go there and ask city council to hold off on this ordinance until they ask attorney general bill schuette to rule on 750.474 being inconsistent with the MMMA.
