If that is the condition he set for going to court for you in a time of need then you had better follow what he advised, bull or no.

can you imagine being a cg and calling on this guy only to hear you've been disqualified by him?  Find a doc who doesn't extort with threats and bully with stories, for best results. does he charge for the 6 month follow up ?
