Sick Plant?

1 week old seedlings are growing big and string except for 1

Running 1000w mh with ballest dimmed to 50% about 3 feet about plants all other seedlings look healthy and strong except this one that has holes on the first set of leafs and almost looks like it is drying out and dieing new leafs coming in have a yellow vein going on any thought much appreciated

sometimes a damaged seedling/clone will fail, or a rogue genetic issue can cause havoc too.

try a cool white florescent one inch above seedlings

I do have pic but for some reason can not post it I have ruled out insects Sence the rest are fine

seedling with a nute lock or other problem.

keep watering after 2 weeks it may pop back to life.

that or it will die. can never tell.
