We are happy to announce we now have a few business owners providing support for us and a few have made donations for our raffle. We have a master grower who has agreed to donate his time for a grow class. Support has been great and we will also be adding refreshments to our meeting (nothing fancy but will be good). If anyone in our community would like to provide support or donations (for raffles) please contact us at northernmipc@gmail.com

We welcome other compassion clubs to support us and we will in turn support their club.

With all the local support we are getting from grow shops and head shops we have added snacks and refreshments. Our supporters have also been very generous and we now have some really cool raffle items from  nutes to glass.

Great meeting last night!! (no the ‪#‎s‬ were not great) but we met some very nice people and had some new and old friends come by.

Thanks to our guest for their donations of food for the needy and club support. It really means a lot to us.

This is the right way to do it.

Also a big thanks to Jo & Monica for the GREAT food and refreshments as well as the cleaning before and after. And to all who had a hand in helping make this happen.

True dedication I thank You all

John

Hello Bob

Northern Lights Compassion Club is and always has been (est 09') a compassion club which does outreach work and educational work in our community. However a compassion club cannot achieve its goals without money. That is just a fact. And donations alone will not cover the cost of the programs and class we want to offer to our community.

Our family also owns Northern Lights Provisioning Center LLC which is a "provisioning center" as defined in HB 4271. It is a clean “grand ma friendly” one stop shop for Medical Marijuana and supplies. We carry pipes, vapes, glass, incense, and hemp products. At this time we only transfer medication to patients registered to us through LARA. ( Every day we must turn away good folks in pain and need due to the slow pace of our legislators.)

Neither is a dispensary. In our area the word "dispensary" brings to mind a profit driven business with a rather poor reputation (in our area). As a provisioning center we are “driven by compassion”. We always put the patients first and everything else second.

I hope this answers your question, but if you would like I would be happy to talk more in PM as I don’t want to break any site rules on posting. Thanks John

here is a link to our face book page thanks again

Does your compassion club allow any caregiver to come and get patients or do you direct patients to your compassionate(money driven) provisioning center almost exclusively?

When is the next meeting, I might just stop by.  No need to bring Mal down from the UP.  Quite a hike for him and I'm interested in seeing what is available for my patients in the area.

Do you allow caregivers to openly acquire patients at your compassion club meeting or do you basically exclusively enlist them to your provisioning center ?

That is pretty boring and straight forward a question. :-)

I mean,... yea.  You say you have to send people away,... can caregivers come and openly register patients at your meetings?  I am sure some in your area would want to know.

 But original question applies.

And no, I am not driving 6 hours to your club.
