Sec. 13-71. - Drugs and drug paraphernalia.

(a)

Marijuana. No person shall possess or transport marijuana or knowingly possess, transport, or have under his control in any motor vehicle any marijuana, unless such person possesses, transports, or controls said marijuana upon authority of and pursuant to a prescription of a duly licensed physician or pursuant to specific authorization by the State of Michigan or the United States of America.
