The Governor removed a report containing various metrics related to the Medical Marihuana Program. Medical Marihuana Registry Cards Report and Grants to County Law EnforcementReplaces existing boilerplate section with new section that further delineates the granting process, clarifies the purposes of the grants ($3.0 million to locals for operation and oversight), and alters the grant application and reporting deadline. Similar boilerplate changes recommended by the Executive for the FY 2014-15 budget.
