The lottery school funding thing is not in "extra" funding for schools; what it does is it goes into the school fund in lieu of normal state budget application. So the state says " We will fund schools for 100 million dollars this year(made up #)",  and we made 60 million on the lottery, so the state will only fund the 40 million.

 

 I have always said, the bestest bill we could pass is to say lottery funding goes above and beyond regular funding and is designated for(add good stuff), such as free breakfast and lunches for all children in the schools.  This would lessen the burden on the SNAP program and encourage healthy eating and no ones kids would feel "lesser" for getting school lunches for free.  It would help out parents and children.

What do you expect in a capatilist country? I dont see the disadvantage of recreational laws to no laws.

Recreational use ? or Recreational Law would work here if Leo will aloud it to but first Leo would have to aloud for medical use 

 

Not prosecuting patients for an unlocked door would be a good start IMHO
