Niacin (Or Eat Cashews) For Anxiety/depression

anyone eat cashews for anxiety?

 

it cant hurt, unless you have a nut allergy.

why not give it a try. cashews are healthy mostly. eat a handful a day.

drink pop every day, or alcohol, work a job you hate, in a marriage you don't belong, cheating on your spouse, driving with suspended license,  fixing those issues in life can provide astress free experience.... :lolu:

wife has a full on pharmacopeia in the back yard. Including morels, chicken of the woods, button, shitake, and around 40 medicinals. She bought a pack of organic heirloom seeds called medicinal garden, and its been strong for 10 years now. I tend the cannabis, and the mushrooms, she does the rest.  I had a large mushroom tent for a couple years but she convinced me to move it all outdoors, for the confusing risk factor. I've never grown magic mushrooms cuz I'm scared of the law, but I have tried them, wooohooo, who the heck knew colors made sounds!

Grass you got it goin on. I do have an herb garden.Just not the same herb as you guys do. I'll leave that part up to pros that grow and know more than I do.
