The answer to most of the questions seems to be;

A: Not if it creates an unreasonable danger to the minor that can be clearly articulated and substantiated.MCL 333.26424©

 

Then this;

Q:What is an unreasonable danger?
A: No case yet clearly defines this

 

So it's whatever we say it is and we'll drag you through court if we don't like you.
