I understand and agree with his premise, which I have seen since the beginning, and which caused me to call Townsend out loudly when he agreed with the COA in the twisted decision in Hartwick. It was the last straw with his constant arguments that we should lie down and take it in the azz like nice little boys and girls. His constant insistence that sec. 8 is somehow illegitimate in any but his own narrowly defined capacity is an insult to all patients and caregivers.
