Berkeley Votes For Free Cannabis To Low Income Patients

The city of Berkeley will require medical marijuana dispensaries to give away two percent of the amount of cannabis they sell each year free to low-income patients.

 

The City Council voted unanimously at Tuesday’s meeting to amend the city’s medical pot rules, which would also allow for a fourth dispensary in Berkeley.

i hope this is the wave of the future...few things were good about rick big daddy's operations, but he did give freely to those who couldn't afford to buy, and he did attend protests.

Yes he was and went to OCJ for it Rick always helped us with gas money so that i could go to people's court cases i still talk to him  and we had written to him while he was in jail and still do but mostly E-mails now from time to time now that he is out
