If our nation was truly interested in justice, the Feds would step in and clean this mess up. Unfortunately, citizens don't seem all that interested in justice unless it impacts them directly and visibly.

it takes a us attorney more interested in doing right for right's sake alone than for what it will mean politically.  few things get done for 'right' alone.  bouchard would have to rape the us atty's wife to get any action taken...some folks are above the law while they are administering the law, and bouchard is exhibit #1.
