And I like how the police use 16 mil in an emergency fund for a specific emergency as supposedly covering 16 mil of their 23 mil department cut.

re-reading this thread, ah the memories. that was august huh?

 

theres an idea for the minimum wage guys: a ballot initiative to make the legislature salary the minimum wage. then make it so only another ballot initiative can change it, they cant vote to increase salaries. bwahahaha
