Research? I have agriculture booklets instructing farmers how and where to grow hemp from the 30s.How much more research do you need? They were already growing it,George Washington GREW his own hemp for cloth,it was called homespun,and encouraged others to grow it too. One of the first drafts of the Declaration of Independence was written on hemp paper.

it was actually law that all landowners HAD to grow hemp when washington was president.

It's a start! Imvho that's better than not passing and staying in the dark ages. At least some one can grow it.

Maybe in 5 years after they have determined it's not really the devals weed, they will pass a bill so mi farmers can grow it. Just saying!
