Tonight- The Michigan Supreme Court will be hearing People v Hartwick/Tuttle and People v Mazur, in January. These cases have implications concerning the affirmative defense, and the ability for non participants to be present while medical marijuana activity takes place- these hearings will be primarily based on sections 8, and 4i of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.

 

Also in January, LARA plans implementation of new rules amidst questions and concerns over how and when the rule changes were approved, and exactly what they will entail.

 

Attorney David Rudoi of Rudoi Law, who will be arguing on behalf of Mazur in the Michigan Supreme Court next month, will be joining us tonight to contribute to the discussion.

Another Great show guys i hope that more people have caught on and turned inn to the show it's a must if you want to know what  the Courts ( C.O.A ) are doing to the Law with these  two

 

cases and they have had a plan from day one ( the first case out of the Box )

I too have been having difficulty with play back.  Once I pause the show, when I return, the show starts again at the beginning.
