I feel section 8 getting beat on here. It sounds like although ruled correctly in the difference of sec 4 and sec 8,  they may start allowing the overbearing requirements the lower courts are putting on Sec 8 requirements...

I should be good under sec. 8 if I want to go on vacation in the future.  There is no "too many" if problems arise or if you want to shut down.  There is NO way to say what is reasonable.  If I wasn't as good as I am my patients would run out with one bout of powdery mildew.  Why not use reality to trump their backwards donkey logic obviously used strictly to persecute patients!
