bobandtorey
When judges become partisan players, the People’s rights will perish. Beware of judges who tell you how they will rule on cases. They are almost never rule of law judges, because rule of law judges must follow the law, not their personal policy preferences. Those folks who can tell you whether a legal decision is good or bad without reading it are not constitutional conservatives because their policy preferences are not dictated by the law. GregS
Taking your premise that Justice Young is tired of it, might he not then be going to the committee to talk with them about resolving things so that they don't continue to waste his time? I will call the Committee Secretary to find if he has an agenda prepared. Edited January 31, 2015 by GregS

ozzrokk
Yep sounds very possible Greg. Him being tired of the SC having to deal with these issues could certainly make him want to kick them in gear. Particularly on the bills they had in front of them and did not finish it up. I have a very strong feeling that is why they did not hear the Carruthers case because the SC was under the impression that this bill would have straightened that all out. Edited to add that I hope this is the case and may give the sickest of the sickest some hope after all.
