Reintroduce The The Two-Package Bills

We are preparing to reintroduce the the two-package bills in the house. Representative Callton will again sponsor the Medical Marijuana Provisioning Center Regulation Act. Our new sponsor for the smoking-alternatives bill is Representative Lisa Lyons. She has been fully briefed on the subject and is aware of the opposition ahead. Representative Lyons is definitely strong enough to take on our issue and I have the utmost confidence in her. Anyone who supports the bills, we ask that you please call your Representative tomorrow and urge them to see Reps Callton and Lyons to sign on as a cosponsor to both bills. Attached is the last version of 4271. It will read the same in this years bill, however the effective dates will be extended a bit. Same for the smoking alternative bill. The bills will be introduced next week as long as we have adequate sponsorship. Thank you in advance to those who help us with gaining cosponsors.

did anyone write to the senate committee for jones bill and tell them to change it yet?

I have been bust writing letter to judge's for other people just to help them out so maybe they won't go to jail

 

no one should go to jail for a plant

There is and always will be bills that are attempting to amend the MMMAct. This is why vigilance is so important.
