grab a video editing software program, there are free ones. just google I used to have one but deleted it. cut out the bad scenes, connect the pieces to gether again. post it to utube. litttle harder to put together but you can figure it out pretty quick.

most digi cams will do it, or even some fancy ones with wireless wifi to beam the signal to your puter. outdoor tougher than indoor, check out a macro lens.

thank you for your kindly guidance.  thru it i realized i am not competent by any stretch of imagimation to learn how to do this. brain damage has shorted certain learning functions in certain categories.  weird but horribly true.  brain trauma is real and effective at limiting functon.  blessedly i am functional enuf to have gone on cl gigs and located for a fair fee a videographer to do what i need.  i look forward to teaching some growing to this eager contractor who makes how-to videos for a living.
