Detroit City Council Meeting

Tuesday Feb 17th - Full meeting of the Detroit City Council at the Northwest Activities Center 18100 Meyers, Detroit MI, 48235 starting at 7pm. Detroit Council Pres. Brenda Jones will be in charge.

Members of the public will get up to 2:00 minutes to speak to Council and address their issues.

Topics and issues in District 2/City of Detroit are:(but not limited to)
*Developing of an Ordinance to regulate Medical Marijuana Facilities in the City of Detroit in compliance with pending State of Michigan Law. Supporters of this type of ordinance are strongly encouraged to participate.

 

Tonight, city council will hear from concerned interest groups of local residents, church leaders, local business association groups, and possible law enforcement comment. ALSO attending will be medical cannabis special interest groups such as cannabis reform activist organizations, patient organizations and medical cannabis business groups. 

I encourage patient interaction this evening from patients whom live or have visited any of Detroit's safe access facilities to enforce the need for Detroit to protect its own.

This meeting will last a long time i say they will shut it down  early on i may go if i can get someone to help with gas and parking just to see George Cush because i have been to some of his fundraisers and had a great time and food
