YesMichigan Posted February 21, 2015 Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 It is great seeing localities fragment from the Central organism in order to speed up the process of change and bypass judicial obstructionism. Regulation under the CSA does make it a flawed analogy but it got me thinking about "Dry Counties". Interesting to note on the map that Michigan is a "Partially Dry" state predominantly.
