What time does the conference start for feb 27-March 1

Took 2 friends to this event 2 years ago when it was held at Orbit Room..  It was a horrible experience.  There was a line of 50 people trying to buy a ticket to get in but their ticket master program was down, so they couldn't sell tickets. They wouldn't let anyone in unless they had purchased a ticket a head of time and had a hard copy.   Save your money for something else, this is a scam.
