Smaller amounts of plants they will leave for state prosecution(generally), but not always by any means whatsoever. 1-49 plants = Not more than 5 years 50-99 plants = Not more than 20 years 100 -999 plants = Mandatory minimum 5 years and not more than 20 years. 1000 and over plants = Mandatory minimum 10 years and not over 20 years.
