t-pain
http://www.theguardian.com/society/2015/apr/11/cannabis-smokers-risk-poorer-grades-dutch-study-legalisation read the full study here: http://ftp.iza.org/dp8900.pdf hilariously, they just take an average of all students allowed into the coffee shops (some of the coffee shops werent even enforcing this dumb rule) vs the non-residents average. what they did is assume that ALL netherlands, german and belgian students (the ones allowed into coffeeshops) smoked weed and that the non netherland/german/belgian students didnt smoke any weed for the time period. they didnt even ask the students about their marijuana use. nor do they explain why the grades went up near the end of the prohibition. nor do they explain how the dutch/german/belgian average grade graph has an exact same dip in grades 6 months previous to the prohibition. tl;dr these guys dont know what a bell curve is.
