With all of the excessive force being filmed you'd think leo would be more cautious?  Maybe they are indeed following orders?

cops bin abusing citizens along time

but seems to me its happening(at least reported) more frequently now.

 

If I was the Capn I would order all officers to stop shooting unarmed citizens or lose your job. I suspect this is not the orders though, and don't need to sit around wondering what they may be. Actions speak louder than words, and I cant imagine being targeted with deadly force by an officer. The way they hold one arm away and allow the other to guard against a face pulping, while they yell for the cams to put your hands behind your back. sickening. how could this ever end? celebrity abuse? politician abuse?

In no time people will be driving to their local police station or at least to a known working camera before they stop their vehicles out of fear.

if you ask a leo they will tell you that if you turn on your flashers and drive to a public area before stopping that its perfectly legal! bet if I tried that they would pit me and charge me with fleeing.
