Need Help Finding New Dr That Will Also Prescribe Marinol

I have a disease called Systemic Mastocytosis that is slowly killing me. It's a rare, nasty disease that causes extreme nausea, bone pain, liver enlargement and osteoperosis. I've also had a fracture in my spine due to the osteoperosis that required fusion surgery with titanium hardware. My Dr that endorsed my card also wrote me a marinol scripts which actually works very well for my nausea. Most importantly it also covered me in case of random drug testing at work. My Dr has recently retired and moved out of state. I'm looking for a new medical marihuana Dr that will also write scripts for marinol. I guess I had it good because it seems hard to find. I've called a lot of clinics with no luck. If you know of a Michigan Dr that will also write marinol scripts for qualifying patients, could please private message me their contact information? Se Michigan, Waterford area.  But, I'm willing to drive a decent distance if necessary.

Marinol prescriptions are expensive back when it first came out a 30 day supply cost $500 and my insurance company wouldn't pay for it so I decided to just smoke grass for my pain and couldn't be happier is there a reason you want the pill instead of cannabis?

Yes, as I stated in my post, it works good for nausea. Better than smoking or edibles for some reason. I'm not sure why. Plus it will cover me if I test positive if randomly drug tested at work. Which I also stated in the post.
