Public Act 169 passed in 2014- has recently gone into effect- and could result in the

raising of the average residential electric bill by a little over 8%- this could be of particular concern for medical marijuana patients and caregivers who grow cannabis in indoor gardens.

A "Sensible Marijuana Ordinance" Initiative will be on the ballot for Toledo voters in Lucas County, Ohio, on September 15, 2015.
