Went to lunch at McDonald's today, ordered at the drive thru. Guy walks up and says "you a vet correct" and I say yes. He hands me his McDonald's card and says pay for your order and leave card for me.

 

I thank him and drive on up to window. Afterwards, I was speechless as I drove away. He made my day!

 

I do have a bumper sticker that says "Vietnam  -  Been there and done that"
