That's what the GPharm says, but then how did they get the product, made in a country that prohibits cannabis, scheduled differently than cannabis?

citing the delivery method as the answer is strange to me, as its the only drug I know scheduled only by its delivery. This seems like a fishy monopoly conspiracy to me. And since its not scheduled as cannabis why isn't it available in the US ?

right, but cannabis extract is not synthetic, and it would make more sense if they wanted to disallow it to schedule it as cannabis/extract instead of another?
