No, I think you should be required to give an example of any positive Bush policy toward medical marijuana.

sure, Bush and state's rights.

now show me obama's positive policy towards medical marijuana! :)

because, imo, obama and bush are the same on this issue.

further, after congress actually passed the 'stop making whoopee with medical marijuana' act, the DEA under obama ignored it.

That was not policy t-pain.  That was one thing he said one time.

Obamas justice department memos I would consider policy.

Edit: I believe like 4 have been issued in total regarding a couple issues.

I think one was issued in 2009, then 2011, then two in 2013.  One had to do with financial institution stuff.

 THAT is policy.

sure, but if you read the links, all of those policies were not enforced , at all. some of the articles mention crackdowns under obama being worse than bush.

then other articles say that there are only more crackdowns now because there are more dispesnaries.

just a lot of excuses denying that both bush and obama are the same on medical marijuana.

See, this is a BS line on that topic. The law said to not spend money against states, allow states to implement their laws.  They have.  The Justice department has not gone after any government to stop the from implementing their programs.  The appropriations never ever tried to protect consumers, only state employees.

If you think Obama and Bush are similar, you are delusional.  Maybe because you weren't dealing with medical marijuana in other states because Michigan didn't go medical until Obama was elected. But seriously,..OMG, like night and day. Once Obamas policies came out, it was an explosion and a massive drop in patient arrests.

Must have been living with blinders on if you cant see the difference from 2004 to 2012.

That was not policy t-pain.  That was one thing he said one time.

obama said that multiple times on the campaign trail both for 2008 and in 2012.

obama 2008:

obama 2012:

obama 2014:

i can dig up all his marijuana statements if you really want?

remember obama said he wouldnt prioritize users in legal states? well heres a 19yo in oregon with fed charges who just got a deferment in fed court.

http://www.wweek.com/news/2016/08/04/feds-will-drop-charges-against-native-american-teenager-who-faced-a-year-in-jail-for-cannabis/

guess the feds ran out of rapists to prioritize over a kid with a gram of weed.

also , this just came out, DEA isnt going to reschedule, at least according to reuters sources...

U.S. to expand marijuana research; rejects re-classification: sources

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-marijuana-idUSKCN10M02A

still waiting for your sources saying obama stopped raids on dispensaries, stopped patients from being arrested, stopped feds from prosecuting marijuana...

i'm not some obama hater, i voted for him. i just want the facts and truth, not emotional responses.
