labeled package that is carried in the trunk of the vehicle or, if

the vehicle does not have a trunk, is carried so as not to be

readily accessible from the interior of the vehicle.

state the weight of the marihuana-infused product in ounces, name

of the manufacturer, date of manufacture, name of the person from

whom the marihuana-infused product was received, and date of

receipt.

accurate marihuana transportation manifest and enclosed in a case

Since I don't smoke it's very unlikely that I will smell like pot but if it isn't in a locked box and is a dozen cookies packed in Tupperware along with other items from a picnic lunch, how would they ever know?

The whole inaccessible from inside the vehicle is BS.  There is no where that is inaccessible in a minivan if you have a passenger.  They just want more reasons to harass and confiscate money/weed.

 

Sealed, like a vacuum bag, you have no way to remove one and reseal it.

 

Now on that manifest, can you have a transport manifest and once you transport, throw it out and start a new one?  I don't see anywhere that says you have to keep a history, so as long as it says what you currently have you are solid right?

 

Labeling, I understand it is hard to tell a good brownie vs a good infused brownie, and prescriptions are actually illegal without the person who it is intended for and a clear proper label.  Which is funny since when you have a lot of pills you often put them in a daily pillminder thing, which means they can't be traveling at all.  So, if it is medicine, I understand it needs labeling.

So if you are not around and someone finds it, they won't mistake it for something else and take half a bottle of your Viagra. 

 

Now as far as transport logs, etc, They don't need to know how much, when and where you have transported anything.  That's none of their business if they aren't currently in the vehicle.  Really it isn't their business anyway. 

 

This isn't like a truckers log.  They would have to pull you over, then suspect you of having illegal substances, get a warrant since smell isn't probably cause anymore, you show your card, invalidates the warrant and they have to get another one (based on new evidence), then search your car finding the edibles, and then request your log...  How do they think this is really going to work?  It's idiotic...

On that transport manifest, I think I am going to make one, a "destroy once transported" manifest, which will literally be destroyed upon removing the edibles from the vehicle...

 Yet I can have my prescription meds (in labeled bottle) in my pocket, glove box, or center console with no problem at all. Seems like a double standard to me. Good to know that we can not be trusted with medication that is not manufactured by a corporation.

Nothing has changed for c.g's and pt's as far as these additions to our law goes (but it is looking like a phase out of c.g and pt growers to me),,,,,,,,,,some of the new schit is a welcome change finaly!  big biz is in now and they will phaq us!
