All 3 Bill Signed By The Gov

Recommended Posts

"but excluding any associated "open fields beyond", and also excluding any closely associated buildings, structures, or divisions that contain the separate intimate activities ..."

phaq makes his in a camper in the woods. figured this applied directly to him, for one.

sounds like up north will be the place to find great BHO ! city folks just dont get it :lolu:

I most likly am done making oil!  Im so into the butter now, also im making chocolate bars.  I cant smoke the oil, shatter or what ever the new smoking bho is,,,,I am trying hard to quit cigs, I rarely smoke mm any longer,  I like my butter and it does every thing I need it to do!

I guess I need to go back and read how much I am allowed and figure out where to stash the extra I most likely will make, I usualy make 2 lb's at a time, that usualy lasts me untill I get my next plant from my c.g!

Like I said people are always going to stretch the law (break it) leo will always have some one to phaq with, I dont plan on being involved in any of the other stuff, I only want my c.g grow or my home grow, I havent talked to my c.g yet, knowing him he dont even know these bills passed or were ever made, Im sure he will tell me im full of sheat.  he does sell to despenses and does farm markets, so these bills may effect me if my c.g throws in the towel or gets a loan and starts being a comm grower,  But im not worried about that, I will bring my grow equip out of the moth balls and grow my own!

Nothing changed for c.g and pt, only the medibles and lables, manifest for c.g.   my c.g dont make any medibles or oil,  Im pretty much thinking my awsome 5 yr ride may be over with my c.g,  it is not the end of the world for me though, I am just going to mind my own biz and keep my lips zipped!

Peace

What taxes do c.g's have added to them?  Your correct Pt's may have to pay more at the new supply centers, but I dont think price will be high for long,  despenses have never been legal, some were allowed to operate in friendly towns, Gaylord even gave despense operating permits,  the county came in and said no!

Taxes and liscense cost for comm growers and sellers and transporters, not for you norby, unless of course you were supplying despenses or using them for your meds,  There are still c.g's and pt's,  I guess people should grow there own or get a c.g if they dont want to be taxed!  as far as medibles, I dont plan on traveling with them (only in my digestive system) I wont be buying medibles or mm from any supply centers, unless of course it is just to good and cheap to pass up lol!

So what has changed for a c.g norby? other than a medible manifest,  I as a pt who makes butter and dont sell it or travel with it makes it legal for me to have as long as I dont go over my limit!

Prices will go way down, people will still break the laws, leo will still have people to arrest!  Nothing has changed!

Peace

As the cost of business steadily increases, and greed prevails, what makes anyone think the retail costs of commercialized cannabis will decrease?

I'm guessing these wallets will realize their follies quickly, renegotiate with those who pay, and continue to whine about needing more cash, raising herb cost across the board I suspect.  Tomatoes didnt get cheaper yet for thought, and they been sold here for decades, grow anywhere, and are not illegal , dont require armored transport, seed to sale tracking, permits to grow, etc...

cannabis costs will go up, and up some more, and keep going up for a long while i think.

who thinks wallets are spending $$ for a permit to sell to dispensaries so that they can be assured all the needy broke patients have access to their cannabis meds at affordable fair prices.....yeah, right

I agree. It is best to skip butane altogether for residential extraction, rather than playing the curtilage game with the courts (so far every curtilage issue I know of that has been to higher courts in Michigan has been a loss). Thankfully, the limitation has been put on actual manufacture rather than possession/delivery, etc.

The actual wording is below and restricts butane explicitly:

good to know, about the curtilage losses in court. bye bye butane, no worries, they left many options

just buy a commercial structure and be done with it, you bho blasters. do alcohol, co2, dry ice, water, or any number of other extractions. butane sucks anyway.

actually , chemically speaking, nbutane is the best polarity match for the task, is the easiest to reclaim, easiest to guarantee complete removal, food safe, been used for food packaging for almost  100 years. What sucks is dopes smoking cigarettes while they open blast. It sucks when people are trying to cash in skipping safety measures, like closed loop systems. it sucks they ruined a decades old very efficient process by acting irresponsibly and blowing houses up.

dont hate on the butane, its at the top of its game for cannabis oil extractions and reclaiming. No other solvent polarity does a finer job.

im a smoker and to open blast with a cig is plain idiotic!

I used to swet my arse off just making it, every single time,  I have been making since I read how to make it in a high times article in the early 80's,  I have never done it with any one (no watchers) and I never had an explosion or accident, oh yea I dumped 2 cases of the stuff after extracting walking from my camper to my house oops! :yahoo-wave:  My crab grass liked it, I almost cried lol!  Life goes on!

Peace

The answer is that they will use the definition of curtilage determined by the trial court until the Court of Appeals gets a case, then we'll use their definition until the Supreme Court picks it up and decides.

Thank you

I guess then their will be some Test case's coming

Well since no one stuck up for the dispensaries, tehy won't be on our side anymore.

They weren't on our side to start with, that's why we didn't support them. They were the ones who started saying anything grown in a home was unsafe. They were the ones who said caregivers sold sub par product so they could present themselves as a safe alternative.

At the 2013 Hash Bash Jamie Lowell spoke of patients needing safe access because they were being forced to "dangerous dealings".

Robin Schneider has frequently said that without dispensaries patients have to go to "unsafe" sources.

Does this sound like someone who supports caregivers?

Add to that that the legislator that sponsored the dispensary bills Norby is talking about said that a vote against dispensary bills was a vote FOR home growing. I thank him for making that choice and his motives so clear.  I thought everyone knew the score?

A few bad apples, were any of those people dispensary owners?  Who are they, those names sound like the nrpa crownd or some other patient representative.  All the dispensaries I went to bought from caregivers.  i  thought you'd never been in one?  How can you judge if you've never met the people or know not where there products come from? Sounds like you just jumped on the bus of hate. Just because there are a few cases doesn't mean that they were all or even many were like that.  Sorry if I don't judge a whole group from a few peoples words.

Huh?  1 politician makes a statement and it paints all the dispensaries under them?  You fell right into the divide and conquer that the politicians WANTED you to.  You really have to learn what "divide and conquer" means cause you seem to fall for it well.  They divided you by just making one mention of dispensaries. Where did that logic come from.  Justify all you want but we're all in a much worse place than we'd have been in if the first version of the bills passed.  And now the dispensaries are REALLY going to be against caregivers.  They have to undergo inspections, pay taxes, mandatory testing and transport.  3 years on the clock, tic toc.  The cops will eventually get their way because no one could stand together against the politicians.

So what motives am I making clear? Trying to keep people together so we don't get "ruled".  Got me, but I thought I was making that clear all along, you just can't get it.

I been preachin for years....

Its the only reason i been doing what I been doin'.

Ya know....

I know some of ya know.

At what cost?

The cost will be caregivers.  The police said it strait up.  People couldn't stand together to give patients their choice, some cg's and disp's got greedy and wanted it all to themselves.  If you can't stand together against the man you all fall.  Now they'll be coming after cg's they said it themselves.

Now they will be?

Been fighting 'them' for years. They have wanted to get rid of caregivers since like January of 2009. Heh. Good thing CPU has been there to stop them. ;-)

The only people that divided our community was the commercialists, corporatists, dispensary owners, and ignorance from people like yourself who are unknowingly helping 'the commercialists' perpetuate the ploy of throwing caregivers and patients under the bus.  "They" started this crap against us.  They call us names. They state what a danger marijuana is. They state caregivers shouldn't be in neighborhoods. Caregivers harm patients.  Patients are  helpless and incompetent.

I could go on and on.

This is what Marijuana and money perpetuate amongst greedy people.  Its ugly, and it comes at any cost needed.

Wake Up!

And btw, anyone whoever thought for even a millisecond that the commercial bill they supported would be good, or even close to what they wanted is completely delusional and an ignorant fuktard.  Supporting commercial always meant supporting shiit.

We all knew that patients, caregivers and physicians would likely take a hit for the people that want to make money off of sick people(and pt/cg/p have now), and that any bill the dispensary people finally got would be crap.  So, hurt patients and get crap.

Thanks Jamie for starting that crap,...I see ya reading there.

:-)

 You clueless fuktard.

This is a flat out lie, or the result of someone's extremely poor memory. I have most definitely been pro-dispensary- never anti-caregiver.

Safe access is not a dangerous term, nor is it responsible for any of the ills in this movement.

We have a completely corrupted state government, largely controlled by the police and big money interests. The caregiver system has most definitely been targeted for elimination- that is the issue and where any finger pointing belongs- in my opinion.

I guess this is what he was talking about?

I time stamped it.

Safe access...bah.

"Should the sick and injured have too get their medicine from a dope peddler on the corner"

Then Choose Safe Access! er dispensaries... because caregivers are dope peddlers! Support our dispensary bill!

Some of us aren't so blind Jamie.

Well, you got what you asked for.... safe access. Hahaha....
