Attain patient card while on probation?

Can you get your patient card while on probation for thc conviction?

My limited research is the probation oficer is a fed employee, and its illegal on the federal level so they could provoke your probation? Not too worried about medicating while on probation, just want to get the ball rolling, so I am legit as soon as probation is up?

 

Also anybody have any knowledge on transferring probation from another state?

It depends whether it was a state charge or a federal charge. The probation officer is affiliated with whatever court referred the defendent.

My guess is that neither federal nor state probation officers would allow a medical card to be used as a defense against the frequent drug testing that is a part of probation.

there is no background check for being a patient so they would have no idea you are on probation

if you are wanting to medicate while on probation...that's a different story. 

from what I have read on here. some allow it. some don't.

Some other states, including Illinois, do conduct a criminal background check for those applying for a patient card.
