Is there a web site that shows the current number of signatures collected so far?

if you're on the milegalize mailing list they email you updates.

or if you're in contact with the volunteer army they give you updates when you turn in petitions.

as for a signature count, i dont think there is a public website with this information.
each milestone, the groups put the news out.
