As often as was agreed upon at the acceptance of the offer, whether the offer was put forth by the patient or the caregiver, there should have been an offer and acceptance of that offer. Stick with that.

Each patients needs are different so its hard to give a clear answer the only clear answer would be when they need it  there is no set amount  required by law  up to 2.5 ounces per visit.

Make sure your patients knows your restrictions as to what you can legally hold for them in your possession. For a caregiver that strictly follows the rules, the maximum a patient can expect to receive would be tied to the limitations of the Act. FYI, make sure you keep amounts that you transfer private so as to not attract attentions to your caregiver and how much they may be 'holding' and 'transferring'. Loose lips sink ships. Keep your medical marijuana activity private for best results.
