Flower Hardener?

My brother in-law from whom I got my White Widow seeds from says he is using flower hardener. Any recommendations for one to use and is it really effective?

There are several kinds of flower hardeners on the market. However, it is important to use only natural ones. Many flower hardeners are not meant for plants that are to be consumed, but ornamental plants instead. But not everyone values a patients health over the amount of donations to be made.  So very often PGR's are used when the grower is a noob, and wants to achieve hard nugs without the proper experience. In other words, it's cheating yourself and everyone else using PGR's. Ask him what he uses...

If your buds aren't dense, you could add more intense light or make sure to let buds ripen fully. All those chemical hardeners are just bad ju ju, IMO
