Shiny spots on leaves???

Just noticing today, almost all the leaves in my veg and even some leaves in flowering and some clones have little shiny spots???   Wat could this be? seems to be gettin worse.   Could it be thrips?

yes it could, been bad this summer! Almost everyone I know got them!

Find a leaf with a lot of them spots and look at the underside, you will probably find some. They are kinda small slender bugs and move a lot, if you are looking you should see them . You got a pic of the damage?

I have been looking for them but dont see any?  Yes i will post a pic later for you to see.  Im really bummed!   lol  What is the best way i can get rid of them?  Should i trash everything and start from scratch?  Im a newbie and this will be my first time dealing/battling thrips!    not really sure how or what to do?
