Recreational Clones

Just read where recreational businesses can sell up to 3 clones per transaction.

Is this something new?

Tried to copy and paste, but would not work.

The larger issue is any transporting of recreational plants. The law is silent on the issue of transporting clones/plants so Komorn Law recommends that you don't transport recreational clones until the law becomes clearer. It's a gray area.

Since the Marijuana Regulatory Agency put out a bulletin for Sale or Transfer of clones, would this not allow for transportation back home.

A person can now buy three clones per transaction per the bulletin. 

No stipulation on how to haul after purchasing.

I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Plain speaking and common sense has never been applied to cannabis laws in Michigan. When the medical law passed you were allowed to obtain it anywhere but no one could give you any unless they were your registered caregiver.

The large print giveth and the small print taketh away.
