Less taxes than at a dispensary. If you have a good caregiver, you will have a steady supply of medicine at a better price point than dispensary. Most caregivers give a bonus bag here and there. Some caregivers give free meds. Do not try to make that a requirement, consider it an extra, if a caregiver is willing.
