Even judges get demented;

Federal Judge Claims the COVID Vaccine Kills More People Than Mass Shootings Do

Mark Joseph Stern  15 hrs ago

On Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez, a George W. Bush nominee, held that California’s long-standing ban on assault weapons violates the Second Amendment. The ban has been affirmed by the people of California, through both legislation and a ballot initiative, over the past 32 years. Benitez, however, derided the state’s interest in prohibiting these exceptionally dangerous weapons, condemning the ban as a “failed experiment.” His decision began with a now-infamous analogy comparing AR-15s to the Swiss Army knife, praising the semi-automatic rifle as “a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment.”

%7B© Provided by Slate Police and fire personnel secure the scene where a mass shooting occurred at the Inland Regional Center on Dec. 2, 2015, in San Bernardino, California. Gina Ferazzi/Los Angeles Times via Getty Images

But this dubious comparison is just the tip of the iceberg: Benitez’s 94-page opinion is riddled with bizarre and unsupported claims—even more so than his previous decision blocking the kind of high-capacity magazine used in the Thousand Oaks shooting. Below are five of the opinion’s most alarming and unbelievable assertions, from COVID misinformation to outlandish speculation that AR-15s are necessary to stop rape.

1. COVID vaccines are more dangerous than assault weapons. Benitez spilled a great deal of ink arguing that mass shootings involving assault weapons are “infinitesimally rare.” (At the same time, he argued California’s assault weapon ban has utterly failed to limit mass shootings, a contradiction he never attempts to square.) The judge reached his conclusion by discounting experts’ methods of counting mass shootings. In reality, the AR-15-style rifle, the quintessential assault weapon, was used in many of the nation’s deadliest mass shootings, including in Boulder, Las Vegas, Aurora, Sutherland Springs, Pittsburgh, and Sandy Hook; a nearly identical rifle was also used in the Pulse massacre. Notably, the weapon was also used in the 2015 San Bernardino attack, which killed 14 Californians. Despite this record of slaughter, Benitez wrote that “contrary to public misinformation, mass shooting events are rare events.” Benitez added, “More people have died from the Covid-19 vaccine than mass shootings in California.”

As the Washington Post’s Aaron Blake reported on Monday, this claim is false. There have been, at most, three deaths that may be linked to the COVID vaccine in the entire country. That is just one-third the number of people shot to death in last month’s San Jose massacre. Blake notes that Benitez likely derived this myth from Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, who manipulated data to misleadingly suggest a link between COVID vaccines and death. Carlson’s lies have now crossed over into a major Second Amendment decision.

It should not come as a shock that Benitez regurgitated Carlson’s misinformation. The judge is widely known as a crank to attorneys who have tried cases in front of him. One told me: “I’ve appeared in front of 30 federal judges in my career. He was the most contemptuous, dimwitted one I’ve ever been in front of. He clearly opposed our case and tried to impeach our experts in front of the jury, but he wasn’t good enough to succeed at it. We won our case.”

2. Wounds from assault weapons are not especially lethal. According to Benitez, California lacks a real interest in banning assault weapons because they are not “unusually dangerous.” (He dismissed the label assault weapons, deeming it an epithet, and suggested “anti-crime guns” instead.) The judge wrote that “the injuries from firearms like the AR-15” are “no different from other firearms that are common and lawful to own.”

The growing number of ER doctors who have treated mass shooting victims know this is a lie. A typical AR-15 bullet travels three times faster than a typical 9 mm handgun bullet, imparting three times more energy. The result is carnage; AR-15 bullets disintegrate bones, destroy organs, and leave gaping exit wounds that increase the risk of bleeding out. As a doctor who treated Parkland victims wrote in the Atlantic:

The bullet from an AR-15 passes through the body like a cigarette boat traveling at maximum speed through a tiny canal. The tissue next to the bullet is elastic—moving away from the bullet like waves of water displaced by the boat—and then returns and settles back. This process is called cavitation; it leaves the displaced tissue damaged or killed. The high-velocity bullet causes a swath of tissue damage that extends several inches from its path. It does not have to actually hit an artery to damage it and cause catastrophic bleeding. Exit wounds can be the size of an orange.

Benitez dismissed these wounds as “no different” from injuries incurred by the typical handgun.

3. Citizen militias are alive and well in the U.S. When the Second Amendment was ratified, its primary purpose was to protect state militias from federal interference. That’s one reason why the amendment begins by explaining that the right to bear arms exists to preserve a “well regulated Militia.” Today, the militia clause is often simply ignored by gun enthusiasts, who prefer to read the Second Amendment as an individual guarantee.

Benitez, by contrast, seeks to have it both ways. “The versatile AR-15 type of modern rifle is the perfect firearm for a citizen to bring for militia service,” the judge wrote. And because assault weapons promote “militia readiness,” California may not criminalize them—just in case citizens need to come together to defend the homeland. “It has been argued that citizens with nothing more than modern rifles will have no chance against an army with tanks and missiles,” Benitez wrote:

[bq]But someone forgot to tell Fidel Castro who with an initial force of 20 to 80 men armed with M-1 carbines, walked into power in Havana in spite of Cuba’s militarized forces armed with tanks, planes and a navy. Someone forgot to tell Ho Chi Minh who said, “Those who have rifles will use their rifles. Those who have swords will use their swords. Those who have no swords will use their spades, hoes, and sticks,” and eventually defeated both the French and the United States military. Someone forgot to tell the Taliban and Iraqi insurgents.[/bq]

It is unclear quite how these examples are relevant to the present-day U.S. Perhaps Benitez envisioned a foreign army invading the country, driven away not by the armed forces but by ragtag bands of civilians carrying AR-15s. Or perhaps he was gesturing toward the insurrectionist theory of the Second Amendment, the anachronistic notion that civilians should assassinate political leaders who descend into tyranny (in the eyes of their well-armed critics). Either way, Benitez’s reverie of 21st century citizen militias rising up, assault weapons in hand, to topple enemies both foreign and domestic lies in the realm of fantasy.

4. Americans need assault weapons for safety, just like they need seat belts and smoke detectors.Reading Benitez’s opinion, one might think that California has effectively outlawed all firearms. In truth, the state permits adults to purchase a wide range of firearms, including semi-automatic handguns. But Benitez wrote that these alternatives pale in comparison with assault weapons, which, he insisted, provide unparalleled protection against crime. He reached this conclusion by rejecting actual evidence on the record and instead developing his own facts, seemingly out of thin air. For instance, Benitez rejected a study that found that most people need just 2.2 shots when using a gun in self-defense. He called this finding “a myth” because it rested partly on news reports of shootings and included incidents when no shots were fired. The study, he wrote, “fails the scientific method.”

Benitez then conducted his own study, which took place entirely in his mind. “Simply brandishing such a weapon may cause an intruder to flee precisely because it appears to be dangerous and fully loaded,” he declared. “It is difficult to imagine the same psychological effect on a home invader (or two invaders) from brandishing a 2-shot derringer. It is a reasonable inference that the visual threat presented by a homeowner holding a modern rifle with a large magazine makes it an effective deterrent without firing a shot.” The judge did not explain why his “reasonable inference” passes the scientific method.

Even if the 2.2 shot figure were correct, Benitez added, it wouldn’t matter. “One could drive 100,000 miles without needing seat belts. But when the unexpected collision occurs, seat belts are really needed,” he wrote. “One could live 100 years without needing a smoke detector, but when fire starts in the middle of the night, a smoke detector is really needed. A person may not need more than 2.2 shots to defend themselves in the average situation. Yet, sometimes more than 2.2 shots—sometimes much more—are needed.”

5. Banning assault weapons leads to mass rape. A key theme of Benitez’s opinion is that “perspective is important”: We pay too much attention to mass shootings and too little to home invasions. “It begs the question,” he asked, “are the lives of home invasion victims worth less than the lives of mass shooting victims?” To illustrate this point, Benitez cited FBI statistics that between 2003 and 2007, 7,700 women were raped during a home invasion. If all those women had “been armed with an assault weapon,” the judge wrote, they “may not have suffered a violent victimization.”

The argument here is that assault weapon bans leave women exponentially more vulnerable to rape. “Imagine calculating these figures” for the entire life span of California’s assault weapon ban, Benitez mused. To his mind, California’s law is apparently responsible for thousands upon thousands of rapes. He does not, however, provide evidence to support this causal link.

These peculiar asides take Benitez far outside the mainstream of the federal judiciary—which, despite Donald Trump’s influence, has not yet deteriorated to this new low. But it’s worth noting that, rhetorical excess aside, Benitez’s bottom line is an outlier, too. Other federal courts have found that assault weapon bans are perfectly constitutional. That is no surprise: In D.C. v. Heller, the Supreme Court explicitly acknowledged that “M-16 rifles and the like” may be banned, and the AR-15 is extremely similar to the M-16. Benitez presumably hopes that the Supreme Court’s new conservative supermajority will erase this caveat and embrace his radical interpretation of the right to bear arms.

If there is any upside to this decision, though, it is that Benitez’s delusions undermine his own credibility. This Supreme Court is undoubtedly eager to expand the Second Amendment. Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the median justice in terms of ideology, wrote that the District of Columbia’s assault weapon ban is unconstitutional while serving on the Court of Appeals. But it is hard to envision the justices using this case as a vehicle to establish a constitutional right to buy AR-15s now that Benitez has tainted it with lunacy.

Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine Developer Says People Will Need Third COVID Shot & One Every Year

Dr. Ozlem Tureci, co-founder and CMO of BioNTech, the company that developed a COVID vaccine with Pfizer told CNBC that she expects people will need a third shot of its two-dose COVID-19 vaccine because the immunity given from the previous two shots will wane. She also said that she expects people will need to be vaccinated against the coronavirus every single year, similar to the seasonal flu. She states that “scientists expect vaccine induced immunity to decrease over time.” No specific information was given on the length of the immunity the vaccines already provide, if any, and given the fact that she is suggesting that people will need a third shot, as well as a shot every year, it’s safe to assume that the answer is not as long as people had hoped.

Fully Vaccinated Individuals Are Testing Positive For The Coronavirus: More Examples Emerge

News of fully vaccinated individuals testing positive for COVID seem to be making headlines everywhere. For example, six people who tested positive in a Sydney hotel quarantine had already been fully vaccinated. According to data from NSW Health’s weekly COVID-19 surveillance report, between April 10 and May 1, six people in quarantine who reported being fully vaccinated were among the 150 overseas cases recorded. One had received a one-shot vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson, and the remaining cases had received both doses of a two-shot vaccine, such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Moderna. University of Sydney epidemiologist Dr. Fiona Stanaway said, given no COVID-19 vaccine is 100 percent effective, it was to be expected that some people who have been vaccinated test positive.

Of course people test positive after vaccination. You have to understand the science to realize that you can still test positive after exposure. You don't expel nearly as much virus after vaccination then exposure. You don't even have to quarantine in the US if you are fully vaccinated. People need to get behind the science. Educate yourself. Empower yourself. Then it's not so scary. It's just life, get it done and move on.

Over 5 million people have been fully vaccinated in Michigan. Many people are empowering themselves. It's a great thing for our health and economy. Win, win. Join in being a winner.

Possible Heart Inflammation in Youth Linked to mRNA COVID Vaccines

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX) — Next week, the Centers for Disease Control is holding an emergency meeting of its advisers. The group known as ACIP will discuss reports of a rare heart issue cropping up in adolescents and young adults.

The condition is known as myocarditis. It’s an inflammation of the heart muscle, usually caused by a virus.

The inflammation enlarges and weakens the heart and can create scar tissue. That makes it harder for the heart to pump blood and oxygen throughout the body. Another condition is also being reported: pericarditis. This is an inflammation of the other lining of the heart. The CDC said that, in both cases, the body’s immune system is causing inflammation in response to an infection or some other trigger.

If the rest of the laggards would pull their weight and get vaccinated we could do much better.

CDC: 300-plus cases of heart issue after Covid vaccination reported in young people

Erika Edwards  1 hr ago

More than 300 cases of heart inflammation after Covid-19 vaccinations have been reported in young people, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said Thursday.

%7B© Provided by NBC News

"The case are rare," she said. "Over 20 million adolescents and young adults [have been] vaccinated in the United States."

Still, the cases of either myocarditis or pericarditis, which involve inflammation of the heart or the surrounding tissue, are higher than what would be expected for this age group. That's led the CDC to seek a meeting of a panel of independent experts called the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, who will gather Friday to review the cases.

The group will discuss the latest research and safety data on myocarditis following shots, but is not expected to make any changes to Covid-19 vaccination recommendations. The shot from Pfizer-BioNTech is the only one authorized so far for children ages 12 through 17, though young adults 18 and older can receive either Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson's vaccines.

It remains unclear whether the vaccines are the cause of the heart problem, though the CDC has said that evidence for a link is growing stronger.

Dr. Paul Offit, a vaccine researcher at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, said Friday's meeting should result in a "clear understanding of the current risks for either children or young adults" from the vaccine.

During the briefing, Walensky said the CDC has asked "clinicians to be on the lookout for and report patients with symptoms of myocarditis or pericarditis following vaccination."

Symptoms can include fever and fatigue, as well as shortness of breath and chest pain. Most cases have not been serious.

"The vast majority have fully resolved with rest and supportive care," Walensky said.

Indeed, "people who have had this side effect tend to have had mild or minimal symptoms that resolve within several days," said Dr. Katie Passaretti, medical director for infection prevention at Atrium Health in Charlotte.

Friday's gathering of experts "is yet another demonstration of our ongoing efforts to keep safety central in everything we do," Walensky said. "Getting vaccinated is our way out of this pandemic."

I think that absolutely everyone is tired of this darn pandemic!
Personally, I am already tired of being at home, or just infringing on my opportunities when I walk around the city and try to have fun. I am sure that with the help of the vaccine we will be able to overcome this virus, so I immediately got vaccinated after the vaccine arrived in my city. I found out that I was sick with coronavirus when I passed the test in May on https://www.confirmbiosciences.com/covid19-sars-antigen-rapid-swab-test/ and despite the fact that I was already sick with coronavirus, I still got vaccinated, since anyone can get sick again, and it's scary! The number of cases in my city is beginning to decrease, and I hope that it will continue to be so! Therefore, take care of your health!!!

Just curious how many of you folks are still wearing face masks & took the "EXPERIMENTAL" JAB JAB for the GATES/FAUCI MEDICAL MAFIA ???

The Facts:

The Government of Alberta Canada announced that it will lift virtually all COVID mandates starting Aug 16th.

This includes most mask mandates, isolation and testing requirements for people in the province.

Update here;

In Michigan region 3, hospital ER visits for Covid 19 were at 76 the beginning of the week and now are well over 100.

Most are from the unvaccinated however a very few are breakthrough cases where fully vaccinated people are contracting Covid 19.

With the breakthrough cases on the rise businesses like Meijer Stores are mandating face masks for all employees.

It's darn disappointing that the vaccine is not working 100%.

It's like an army of us vaccinated people tried to conquer the enemy only to be turned back on our first try up the hill.

We are tough and we will be right back up that hill to defeat the enemy.

God help us to not create a variant that kills us all.

Back to the fight with masks on again.

Thanks to all that are fighting. To those that are not we will continue to carry you on our backs up the hill.

Condolences to the families and friends of all that have suffered and died. May your grief give you the strength of ten men/women. We need you in this fight more than ever.

The Real Facts That Matter From Canada;

Fully vaccinated foreign nationals may be allowed to enter Canada for discretionary travel on the following dates if they meet specific criteria:

  • Effective August 9: American citizens and permanent residents of the United States, who currently reside in the United States, who meet specific criteria to qualify as fully vaccinated
  • September 7 (intended start date): All other foreign nationals who qualify as fully vaccinated

How bad is COVID? Even the deer test positive in Michigan. (Don’t be alarmed)

Experts told Bridge Michigan that hunters can take to the woods without hesitation. But if you bag a deer, handle it with care to protect yourself from COVID and other infectious diseases. (Photo courtesy of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service)

How bad is COVID? Even the deer test positive in Michigan. (Don’t be alarmed)

At least some of Michigan’s deer herd has been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, but you don’t need to worry about contracting the virus from your backyard Bambi.

That’s the takeaway from a new study by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) that found 60 percent of 113 deer sampled in Michigan had COVID antibodies in their blood serum.

But deer that contract the virus don’t seem to get sick. And their chances of spreading the virus back to humans is low. So while the results are notable, they’re not cause for alarm.

Here’s what you need to know about COVID in Michigan’s deer, according to experts who discussed the study with Bridge Michigan:

Go hunt. The risk of transmission to humans is low.

Don’t worry about getting COVID from deer. Worry about the unvaccinated person sitting next to you at the restaurant or music festival.

Gail Keirn, a spokesperson for APHIS, noted that there is “no evidence that animals play a significant role” in spreading COVID to people.

Although animal-to-human transmission is not impossible, people pose a far greater risk than animals of creating and spreading new variants. That’s largely because humans spend way more time around other humans than they do around deer, said Dr. Srinand Sreevatsan, a Michigan State University veterinary medicine professor who specializes in infectious diseases.

Sreevatsan’s advice: Once deer season starts, hunters can take to the woods without hesitation. But if you bag a deer, handle it with care. Wear a mask while processing the animal’s meat, and thoroughly clean any surface that comes into contact with the carcass.

“Even if the (COVID) virus is not present in the deer, there are other things that you can get from deer,” Sreevatsan said. “So it’s best to have good hygienic practice.”

Health officials stress that the COVID vaccine remains the best way to protect yourself against infection.

And if you’re sick with COVID, avoid hunting while you’re contagious: You don’t want to pass the virus on to the local deer population, either.

Humans likely culprit

The results are no surprise. White-tailed deer are abundant in the United States and Michigan, regularly come into contact with people, and are susceptible to COVID.

In a pandemic that has infected more than 114 million Americans, it’s not shocking that the animals in our midst could become infected, too.

Of 481 study samples collected from Michigan, Illinois, New York and Pennsylvania, 113 came from Michigan. Michigan’s 60 percent antibody rate was the highest. Across all samples, the antibody rate was 33 percent.

Samples were taken from deer in 11 Michigan counties between January and March: Emmet, Lenawee, Montmorency, Jackson, Presque Isle, Alpena, Alcona, Mecosta, Gratiot, Ingham and Isabella.

Only the Emmett, Lenawee and Montmorency samples came back with no positives.

Keirn stressed that the limited sample should not be used to draw conclusions about the prevalence of COVID in Michigan’s broader deer population.

The results merely indicate that deer in some subpopulations were exposed to COVID. Agriculture officials said it’s unclear whether they contracted the virus from humans, the environment, other deer or other animals.

COVID doesn’t seem to make deer sick.

None of the deer populations surveyed for the study showed signs of illness, officials said.

In a separate study, federal officials intentionally infected captive deer with COVID. None of them showed signs of illness, either.

But Sreevatsan noted that just because deer aren’t susceptible to the current strain of the virus doesn’t mean future mutations couldn't make them sick. That makes it important for humans to avoid passing COVID on to deer by taking precautions, such as avoiding hunting when sick.

Deer aren’t the only ones with COVID

Minks gained a lot of attention last year when officials in the Netherlands euthanized hundreds of thousands of the weasels after two cases of mink-to-human transmission during outbreaks at fur farms.

Gorillas at the San Diego Zoo, a Malayan tiger at the Bronx Zoo, and pet cats and dogs around the globe have tested positive for COVID. Dolphins and whales are also at high risk.

So, why do we care?

The study gives scientists one more datapoint in the search for COVID’s origins and its pathways to spread.

“Studying the susceptibility of certain mammals, such as deer, to SARS-CoV-2 helps to identify species that may serve as reservoirs or hosts for the virus, as well as understand the origin of the virus, and predict its impacts on wildlife and the risks of cross-species transmission,” an APHIS release stated.

The agency is working with partners including the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, to determine next steps. to determine next steps.

State scientists weren’t involved in the study.

Neither the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, which oversees game animals in the state, nor the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services were involved in the study.

Health spokesperson Lynn Sutfin said federal officials only notified the agency of their research last week.

Sutfin said “more information is needed” to answer questions about what the findings mean for Michiganders.

This Truth About Polio

No, polio wasn’t eradicated by vaccines

If you want to be informed you should at the very least know history!

Class is now in session..

"Without question the go-to disease to defend vaccines is polio.

Coincidently it's also the greatest lie and medical con job of all time.

Toxins Causing "Polio" is well documented.

Polio is the virus that never was. Let's begin.

1824: Metal workers had suffered for centuries from a paralysis similar to polio caused by the lead and arsenic in the metals they were working with. English scientist John Cooke observed: 'The fumes from these metals, or the receptance of them in solution into the stomach, often causes paralysis.'

1890: Lead arsenate pesticide started to be sprayed in the US up to 12 times every summer to kill codling moth on apple crops.

1892: Polio outbreaks began to occur in Vermont, an apple growing region. In his report the Government Inspector Dr. Charles Caverly noted that parents reported that some children fell ill after eating fruit. He stated that 'infantile paralysis usually occurred in families with more than one child, and as no efforts were made at isolation it was very certain it was non-contagious' (with only one child in the family having been struck).

1907: Calcium arsenate comes into use primarily on cotton crops.

1908: In a Massachusetts town with three cotton mills and apple orchards, 69 children suddenly fell ill with infantile paralysis.

1909: The UK bans apple imports from the States because of heavy lead arsenate residues.

1921: Franklin D. Roosevelt develops polio after swimming in Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick. Toxicity of water may have been due to pollution run-off.

1943: DDT is introduced, a neurotoxic pesticide. Over the next several years it comes into widespread use in American households. For example, wall paper impregnated with DDT was placed in children's bedrooms.

1943: A polio epidemic in the UK town of Broadstairs, Kent is linked to a local dairy where cows were washed down with DDT.

1944: Albert Sabin reports that a major cause of sickness and death of American troops based in the Philippines was poliomyelitis. US military camps there were sprayed daily with DDT to kill mosquitoes. Neighboring Philippine settlements were not affected.

1944: NIH reports that DDT damages the same anterior horn cells that are damaged in infantile paralysis.

1946: Gebhaedt shows polio seasonality correlates with fruit harvest.

1949: Endocrinologist Dr Morton Biskind, a practitioner and medical researcher, found that DDT causes 'lesions in the spinal cord similar to human polio.'

1950: US Public Health Industrial Hygiene Medical Director, J.G. Townsend, notes the similarity between parathion poisoning and polio and believes that some polio might be caused by eating fruits or vegetables with parathion residues.

1951: Dr. Biskind treats his polio patients as poisoning victims, removing toxins from food and environment, especially DDT contaminated milk and butter. Dr. Biskind writes: 'Although young animals are more susceptible to the effects of DDT than adults, so far as the available literature is concerned, it does not appear that the effects of such concentrations on infants and children have even been considered.'

1949-1951: Other doctors report they are having success treating polio with anti toxins used to treat poisoning, dimercaprol and ascorbic acid. Example: Dr. F. R. Klenner reported: 'In the poliomyelitis epidemic in North Carolina in 1948 60 cases of this disease came under our care... The treatment was massive doses of vitamin C every two to four hours. Children up to four years received vitamin C injection intramuscularly... All patients were clinically well after 72 hours.'

1950: Dr. Biskind presents evidence to the US Congress that pesticides were the major cause of polio epidemics. He is joined by Dr. Ralph Scobey who reported he found clear evidence of poisoning when analyzing chemical traces in the blood of polio victims.

Comment: This was a no no. The viral causation theory was not something to be questioned.

The careers of prominent virologists and health authorities were threatened. Biskind and Scobey's ideas were subjected to ridicule.

1953: Clothes are moth-proofed by washing them in EQ-53, a formula containing DDT.

1953: Dr. Biskind writes: 'It was known by 1945 that DDT was stored in the body fat of mammals and appears in their milk... yet far from admitting a causal relationship between DDT and polio that is so obvious, which in any other field of biology would be instantly accepted, virtually the entire apparatus of communication, lay and scientific alike, has been devoted to denying, concealing, suppressing, distorting and attempts to convert into its opposite this overwhelming evidence. Libel, slander, and economic boycott have not been overlooked in this campaign.'

1954: Legislation recognizing the dangers of persistent pesticides is enacted, and a phase out of DDT in the US accelerates along with a shift of sales of DDT to third world countries.

(Note that DDT is phased out at the same time as widespread polio vaccinations begin. Saying that, polio cases sky rocket only in communities that accept the polio vaccine, as the polio vaccine is laced with heavy metals and other toxins, so the paralysis narrative starts all over again. As the polio vaccines cause huge spikes in polio, the misinformed public demand more polio vaccine and the cycle spirals skyward exponentially)

1956: the American Medical Association mandated that all licensed medical doctors could no longer classify polio as polio.

All polio diagnosis would be rejected in favor of Guillian-Barre Syndrome, AFP (acute flaccid paralysis), Bell's Palsy, Cerebral Palsy, ALS, (Lou-Gehrig's Disease), MS, MD etc etc.

This sleight of hand was fabricated with the sole intent of giving the public the impression that the polio vaccine was successful at decreasing polio or eradicating polio.

The public bought this hook, line and sinker and to this very day, many pro vaccine arguments are ignited by the manufactured lie regarding the polio vaccine eradicating polio.

1962: Rachel Carson's Silent Spring is published.

1968: DDT registration cancelled for the US.

2008: Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) is still a raging in many parts of the world where pesticide use is high, and DDT is still used. AFP. MS, MD, Bell's Palsy, cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease),

Guillian-Barre are all catch basket diagnosis, all similar in symtpoms, tied to heavy metal poisoning and high toxic load.

2008: WHO states on its website: 'There is no cure for polio. Its effects are irreversible.'

Conclusion: Modern belief that polio is caused by a virus is an ongoing tragedy for the children of the world.

Public funds are wasted on useless and dangerous vaccines when the children could be treated with antitoxins.

A call into failing vaccine mythology is warranted, as is a complete investigation of the real agenda being executed against humanity involving science, chemicals, vaccines, the medical field in general, and the government."

On this episode of Let’s be Blunt, Montel speaks with Dr. Jordan Tishler about the importance of patient safety not being lost in the process of adult use legalization. Dr Tishler graduated from both Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, trained at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and is currently faculty at both the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He has spent many years working with the underserved, particularly providing care for veterans. Having treated countless patients harmed by alcohol and drugs, his observation that he had never seen a cannabis overdose led him to delve deeply into the science of cannabis safety and treatment. He is a frequent speaker and author on a variety of topics related to the medical applications of cannabis, and he is the President of the Association of Cannabis Specialists, which aims to educate clinicians, lawmakers, and the industry about best practices and necessary tools for proper patient care.

Montel talks with Michael Thompson on this episode of Let’s Be Blunt. Michael never committed a violent crime, but yet he is the longest serving non-violent offender in Michigan State history. He was sentenced for 40 to 60 years and has spent the last 26 years in a Michigan prison for a cannabis-related charge even though recreational cannabis was legalized in Michigan in 2018. By the end of 2021 recreational weed is projected to be a $1.5 billion industry in Michigan. He has spent almost half of his life in prison for selling weed. It cost the state of Michigan over a million dollars to keep him there. And it was one of the single most egregious cases of injustice going on in the entire country. Fortunately, with the hard work of the Last Prisoner Project, The Grassroots Law Project, and the support of hundreds of thousands of people who signed petitions and helped raise awareness, he was granted clemency and released from prison on January 28, 2021.
