Tnt Visited Me Last Weekend

Well it happened to me finally. 2 years and 1 day after I filed my first application to become a patient TNT Traverse Narcotics Team came to my door last week and yes they got a warrant to come in after making me stand on my front lawn almost 4 hours until they got a warrant. Can say anymore than that right now, but will as it develops when my attorney clears it. they left me some in the flower and took most of the veg side. If there are any fellow patients that could possibly help out with a clone or even a small amount of medicine to get me through this, I would be forever in your debt. Those that know me personally already know I ACCEPT NO PLEA BARGAINS, I STAND FOR OUR CAUSE TO THE END.

Sorry to hear about that. Pretty crappy all that took place in your front yard. Just isn't fair that we come forward and apply, pay the state fees, and still get hassled.

My question, wouldn't it be better to just let them check the grow area if they come knocking versus having them go and get a warrant? As long as we don't have more plants than we should have, shouldn't be a problem, right? I am still new to this and need to know what to do if they come knocking, because I would rather show them that I am in compliance rather than give my neighbors a show.

If we allow them to do something now because it is easier then where do we draw the line on enough is enough... Why allow them to think just because they feel the need to check, they could come into your house! There are ways to find out if you are legal and as far as the number of plants you have, I still say get a warrant! unless you care to open your house so I can just come in and look around... Not like a cop would have anything to hide (is it!) Some things are private for a reason. There are some laws to help protect us so why not make them (the cops) use them

I am having a hard time with a judge signing it in the first place...shame shame on you judge!!!!

Have you got an attorney yet? If not and if anyone else is in need of an attorney I would seek John Peters, I think he is out of Bloomfield.

He loves to go after departments that are not use to the lawsuits and he bring upon them.

I had the same type of questions too. I found a few videos by a guy named Barry Cooper, an ex-narcotics officer, teaching citizens how to deal with police in situations like this. I found three videos so far: Barry Cooper "Never Get Busted" Vol 1 Traffic Stops, Barry Cooper "Never Get Busted" Hidden Compartment Video, and Barry Cooper Volume 2 "Never Get Raided".

Regardless of if you're a 100% legal Medical Marijuana Patient or not, these videos are filled with great information on how to interact with police regarding marijuana laws. There are tons of resources out there to teach you what your rights are and how to exercise them.
