Why has the State of Michigan not published the Medical Marijuana Act of 2008 into the state consitution? Does this mean that none of us have protection from prosecution? Why dosen't the Michigan Department of Community Health enforce the regulations of the Medical marijuana act; instead of the local and state Law enforcment,or the state legislature. Has anyone else noticed this?
