Actually the law states: "(7) “Enclosed, locked facility” means a closet, room, or other enclosed area equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by a registered primary caregiver or registered qualifying patient."

"en·close (ebreve.gifn-klomacr.gifzprime.gif) also in·close (ibreve.gifn-)tr.v. en·closed also in·closed, en·clos·ing also in·clos·ing, en·clos·es also in·clos·es 1. To surround on all sides; close in.2. To fence in so as to prevent common use: enclosed the pasture.3. To contain, especially so as to envelop or shelter: "Every one of those darkly clustered houses encloses its own secret" (Charles Dickens).4. To insert into the same envelope or package: enclose a check with the order."

Nothing in the law, nor the definition of "enclosed" brings "visibility" into the definition. Just because someone was arrested for it in the pass doesn't mean it was actually illegal. The police, or local government can imply their interpretation of the law, but we all know LEO at times work outside the law in what their actual duties allow them to do.

Would I do it? Probably not. But that's more a respect to neighbors and their children. Is this a violation of this site? Not in my opinion. But the "report" is noted and other staff will soon look in on this.
