Uninterruptible Power Supply Who Uses Them For Hydro Pumps?

Just wanted to know if you guys and gals us a UPS system to power your pumps if the power is out? If so how big and a good place to buy it....

For some reason my area is always prone to power failures so I have always been partial to soil

BUT

If there was something reliable and did not cost an arm and a leg which could at least power the pumps

I may consider trying a hydro section someday. Plants can go without light a bit if need be but not water.
