Doc's Close To Berrien County?

I have taken the steps of getting together my medical records, and now I am on the search of a doctor who is willing to sign my application forms within a moderate range of driving distance from BERRIEN COUNTY. I am a medicade patient so I know some doctors give some kind of a cut for being on medicade. I am with out long distance transportation at the time.
