Feds May Begin Allowing Cannabis Start-Up Companies To Borrow From Banks.

Barnie Frank is trying to get the Treasury Dept. to allow banks to loan growers of Medical Cannabis the funds they need for start-up from Federally backed banks, something that they have NOT been able to up to know.
