okay so i have this friend and he was curious if he can apply for a Patients card if he's an convicted felon of a drug crime. I do know that who have to have a clean record to become a caregiver but was onsure if that applyed to a pateint as well.

You're right! You can become a patient if you have a felony drug crime. Just not a caregiver.

You are right and wrong...lol You can not have a DRUG FELONY if you want to be a CG. But you can be a patient regardless of criminal history unless stated in your probation by a judge.
