greenbuddha
A judge in Colorado says that just using MMJ does NOT give police and Protective Services the right to take a parents children. But I don't think Michigan has figured that one out yet? http://blog.mpp.org/medical-marijuana/medical-marijuana-use-not-automatically-child-endangerment-court-rules/06012010/#utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+blogmpp+%28MPP+Blog%
JayBuds
I have some friends that work for cps , they basically just put all the info into a computer program and it tells them to take away kids yes or no, I am not sure if marijuana alone would qualify for that I will ask them. It wouldn't suprise me but then again I would like to think there would need to be other factors.
