Judge Says Using Mmj No Reason To Take Children Away.

A judge in Colorado says that just using MMJ does NOT give police and Protective Services the right to take a parents children.

 

But I don't think Michigan has figured that one out yet?

I have some friends that work for cps , they basically just put all the info into a computer program and it tells them to take away kids yes or no, I am not sure if marijuana alone would qualify for that I will ask them. It wouldn't suprise me but then again I would like to think there would need to be other factors.
