I have wanted to go to this for years, but it rained the last couple...6000 people still showed up in 2009...i am determined to go this year, just bought some inner tubes on ebay, will be medicating pre, post, and along the way...

That sounds really fun, maybe I am a bit too medicated but what is the whole structure of the event? I did not get a clear picture of whats going on.

 

I did see wet girls and I am all for the water its alot less painful for me to swim then walk. I am pretty much in regardless though, do you need your own boat or does everyone build rafts?
